How ordering works
CoyWorks is built around discreet, low-data ordering for consenting adults. No customer account is required.
1. Configure
Choose your product options and customization. Custom items are made to the configuration shown in your cart.
2. Identify discreetly
Checkout asks for your FetLife name and gives you the option to add an email address. We do not ask for a shipping address or phone number for pickup orders.
3. Pay manually
Your order is placed on hold. A Tikkie or Dutch bank payment request is arranged manually after the order.
Pickup and delivery
Available pickup events and appointments are shown during checkout. Event options automatically close 48 hours before the event so there is enough time to prepare your order. Orders are not shipped unless a separate arrangement has explicitly been made.
Manual confirmation
Because payment and handover are handled manually, placing an order is the start of the process rather than an instant anonymous payment transaction. If you provide an email address, order emails can be sent there; otherwise communication can stay outside the store.
